Once tracking becomes available, shipping confirmation and tracking information will be sent to the contact information supplied at checkout. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us as soon as possible if an address needs correction; changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins.

Our approach at dripdrokt to returns after delivery
Free standard outbound shipping does not reduce the 30-day no-reason return right. For every approved no-reason return or exchange, dripdrokt also pays the return shipping cost and provides a prepaid label or equivalent free arrangement.

What dripdrokt customers should know about delivery issues
If the tracking record identifies a delivery issue, or if an order arrives damaged or incomplete, contact Support@dripdrokt.shop or 317-471-9568. We will work with the carrier and provide an appropriate resolution under our Refund Policy.

We normally prepare orders within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and U.S. public holidays. After an order has been processed and handed to the carrier, estimated transit time is 4-6 business days. The combined estimated delivery window is therefore normally 5-8 business days, although carrier disruptions, weather, peak periods, address issues, or events outside our reasonable control may cause delays.
